Food is the fastest way to know a place
Biss is a platform for self-guided food tours. Someone who knows a city from the inside builds a tour, and the traveller buys it, gets a link on their phone, and eats their way from stop to stop at their own pace. No guide waiting at a fixed hour, and no app to install.
Buy, and go when it suits you
After the purchase a link arrives by SMS and email. It opens on the phone, walks you to the first stop, and stays with you to the end. A question? There is a chat with real people.
The businesses that make the food
At every stop there is a real business making the dish. The traveller shows their phone and gets the dish, and the business is paid by Biss.
The first tours are by Giraffa in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. After them come Pardes Hanna, Akko and Haifa, and then cities outside Israel.
